We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory management, order processing, and ensuring smooth operations across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, company website, etc.).
Monitor and update inventory, prices, and product information regularly.
Handle order processing, shipping coordination, and returns management.
Optimize product descriptions, keywords, and images to improve visibility and sales.
Analyze sales reports, track KPIs, and suggest strategies to boost revenue.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams for seamless operations.
Monitor competitor activities, offers, and pricing trends.
Run promotional campaigns, discounts, and advertisements in coordination with the marketing team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
0–3 years of experience in e-commerce management (freshers with strong skills are welcome).
Knowledge of e-commerce portals like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
