Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, sales strategies, and online retail management. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, implementing strategies to drive traffic, and increasing conversion rates while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate should have experience managing product listings and sales across major e-commerce platforms like Amazon.in, Flipkart.com, Etc. and be familiar with tools like Unicommerce and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Online Storefront:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms such as Amazon.in, Flipkart.com, and 1mg.com, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
  • Ensure product listings are accurate and up-to-date, including pricing, descriptions, and images across all platforms.
  • Monitor Sales Performance:
  • Analyze website traffic, sales data, and conversion rates from different e-commerce platforms.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics and performance trends.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and improve the performance of listings on Amazon.in, Flipkart.com, 1mg.com, and other relevant platforms.
  • Inventory & Order Management:
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient inventory management using tools like Unicommerce.
  • Track and monitor stock levels to ensure products are always available for customers.
  • Manage the entire order cycle, from placement to fulfillment and delivery, across multiple e-commerce platforms.
  • Digital Marketing & SEO:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns (e.g., PPC, email marketing, paid advertising, and social media).
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic traffic and visibility on platforms like Amazon.in and Flipkart.com.
  • Manage promotional activities, discounts, and seasonal campaigns across all e-commerce channels.
  • Customer Service:
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests across different platforms, providing timely and effective responses.
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience by improving customer satisfaction and loyalty on Amazon.in, Flipkart.com, and similar sites.
  • Payment & Security Management:
  • Oversee payment gateway integrations and ensure that transactions are secure and compliant with regulations on various platforms.
  • Resolve any payment or transaction-related issues that arise.
  • Competitive Research & Market Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market changes in the e-commerce landscape.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies on platforms like Amazon.in, Flipkart.com, and 1mg.com.

Key Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in an e-commerce role, managing platforms like Amazon.in, Flipkart.com, and 1mg.com.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including PPC (Pay-Per-Click), SEO, and SEM campaigns.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in e-commerce management tools like Unicommerce.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and fulfillment processes across multiple platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
