We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our brand's online presence across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.) and/or our own website. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital merchandising, content management, and order fulfillment processes. Key Responsibilities: Product Listing & Catalog Management: Upload and manage product listings across multiple platforms (SKU creation, titles, descriptions, images, pricing, keywords) Optimize listings for SEO and search visibility Ensure accurate and up-to-date product data Inventory & Order Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams Track and process daily orders and returns Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch and delivery Campaigns & Promotions: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts Collaborate with the marketing team for banner updates, landing pages, etc. Monitor and report on campaign performance Customer Experience: Monitor reviews, respond to queries or complaints Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality Performance Reporting: Track daily/weekly sales and traffic performance Analyze platform dashboards and generate reports (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
