Key Responsibilities –

• Platform Management:

  Manage and optimize e-commerce and quick commerce platforms, including catalogue management, pricing, and product listing creation and maintenance.

• Inventory & Order Fulfilment:

   Monitor inventory levels, ensure accurate stock availability, and ensure efficient order processing and timely fulfilment.

• Promotions & Campaigns:

   Plan, execute, and track online promotional campaigns, deals, and visibility initiatives on various platforms.

• Sales & Performance Analysis:

  Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and traffic to identify improvement opportunities and generate reports.

• Market & Consumer Research:

  Conduct market research to stay updated on consumer behaviour and market trends, adjusting strategies accordingly.

• Cross-Functional Coordination:

   Work closely with marketing, supply chain, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and enhance user experience.

• Issue Resolution:

  Identify and resolve operational or customer-related escalations promptly. 

• Onboarding:

  Onboard new products or brands onto e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.

Qualifications –

• Education:

   Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

• Experience:

  1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, or digital marketing.

Skills –

• Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms and tools. Strong analytical skills to analyse data and generate insights.
• Understanding of digital marketing tactics, SEO, and online advertising.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills. A data-driven mindset and problem-solving abilities. Basic working skills of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
