Job Summary

The E-commerce Executive will manage day-to-day online operations for the company’s apparel brands. This role involves maintaining product listings, coordinating photo shoots, managing marketplace operations, and ensuring accurate representation of styles, sizes, and inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and update apparel product listings (styles, colors, sizes, fit details, fabric details, pricing) on company website and marketplaces.
• Coordinate with the design and product development team to collect product information, tech packs, and images.
• Work closely with photographers and designers for product photo shoots, size charts, and styling descriptions.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate with production and warehouse departments for replenishments.
• Handle order processing, returns, and exchange management through coordination with logistics and customer service.
• Execute promotional campaigns, discount management, and festival sale listings.
• Generate daily/weekly sales reports and track key SKUs, slow-moving styles, and bestselling categories.
• Ensure product content aligns with brand guidelines and industry standards for garments.
• Track competitor apparel pricing, trends, and marketplace algorithms.
• Support SEO activities with clothing-specific keywords and fashion merchandising standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in apparel or fashion e-commerce preferred.
• Strong understanding of garment attributes (fabrics, fits, silhouettes).
• Knowledge of marketplace dashboards (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart) and e-commerce CMS.
• Excellent Excel skills and data accuracy.
• Good communication, coordination, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
