Job Title: Social Media Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management

• Develop and curate engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories) for all social media platforms.
• Manage posting schedules and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce visually appealing and brand-aligned content.

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, followers, and engagement.
• Identify target audiences and tailor content to appeal to them.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Community Engagement

• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders for collaborations.

Advertising & Campaign Management

• Plan and manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Optimize ad spend and performance to maximize ROI.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and online marketing best practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media insights.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or agency.
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
