Job Title: Tender Executive Job Summary: The Tender Executive is responsible for managing the complete tendering process—from identifying opportunities and evaluating tender documents to preparing and submitting proposals. Key Responsibilities: Tender Identification & Analysis: Monitor tender portals, websites, and publications for relevant opportunities. Analyze and evaluate the scope, eligibility, terms, and requirements of tender documents. Documentation & Proposal Preparation: Prepare and compile documents such as technical proposals, pricing, compliance checklists, and company credentials. Coordinate with departments (legal, finance, technical, operations) to gather necessary inputs. Submission Management: Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders—online and/or offline. Track submission deadlines and follow up on bid status. Liaison & Coordination: Communicate with clients, consultants, government agencies, and vendors regarding tender-related queries or clarifications. Organize meetings and discussions to resolve technical and commercial queries. Compliance & Record-Keeping: Ensure all submissions comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain an organized database of submitted tenders, outcomes, and feedback. Post-Tender Follow-up: Track evaluation results and participate in post-bid negotiations or clarifications. Assist in contract preparation or onboarding after award of tenders. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of tendering processes (public and private sector). Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Familiarity with e-procurement portals (e.g., GeM, state portals). Educational Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in a tendering or bidding role.
