Job Description

ECOMMERCE EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a dynamic E-Commerce Executive who will be responsible for managing our online presence across marketplaces, social platforms, and our website. The role involves handling product listings, promotions, sales performance, and ensuring smooth digital operations that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Onboarding & Management

  • Set up and manage company stores on leading marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Meesho, Myntra, etc.).
  • Oversee product uploads, pricing, stock, and order management.
  • Ensure compliance with each platform’s operational and branding guidelines.

2. Website Management

  • Manage and update the company’s e-commerce website (products, banners, content, inventory).
  • Ensure smooth functionality, customer experience, and timely updates on offers and collections.
  • Coordinate with developers/designers for technical improvements and UX optimization.

3. Product Listings & Catalog Management

  • Prepare detailed and SEO-friendly product descriptions, images, and attributes.
  • Regularly update stock availability, new launches, and pricing.
  • Maintain accurate and attractive catalogs across all platforms.

4. Promotions & Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketplace promotional campaigns and discount offers.
  • Coordinate festive sales, seasonal campaigns, and sponsored ads.
  • Track campaign ROI and provide insights for optimization.

5. Social Media & Digital Promotion

  • Support social media promotions to drive traffic to the website and marketplaces.
  • Assist in influencer collaborations, content rollouts, and paid ad campaigns.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and support brand-building activities.

6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Track sales, traffic, and conversions across all e-commerce channels.
  • Prepare regular performance and competitor reports.
  • Suggest strategies for growth based on analytics and consumer trends.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or other website CMS.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media, and online promotions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
