This entry-level role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn about the fast-paced world of online retail and grow their careers in the E-commerce space. Key Responsibilities: Assist in listing and updating products on e-commerce platforms (own website, marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) Coordinate with the content and design team for product images, descriptions, and banners Monitor product inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure availability Assist in order processing, returns, and customer support queries Conduct basic competition research and price benchmarking Help with execution of online promotions, deals, and campaigns Generate daily/weekly reports on product performance and sales Maintain and update product categories and attributes as needed Coordinate with logistics partners for timely order delivery Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field Strong interest in E-commerce and online shopping trends Basic understanding of MS Excel/Google Sheets Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and willingness to learn Familiarity with online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) is a plus
