Job Description

Job brief: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales person to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the food products sales. Key Responsibilities: • Propagate the products in the market and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets. • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers. Lead generation and product demonstration at customer’s place. • Customer acquisition & manage to get them billed regularly by building strong relationships. • Understanding customer needs and providing effective solutions to develop business • Market research to identify trends and opportunities for selling dehydrated products. • Manage distributor on day to day operation to achieve secondary sales target. • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company and its products. • Sales activity and periodic reports to senior management. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in any stream or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HoReCa/B2B sales. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing market share. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to travel as required.
