ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Have to handle the following: 1) Building Customization Packages including Tickets, Hotels, Visa, Activities, Transfers 2) Receiving Incoming calls from Travel Agents and resolving their queries 3) Doing Outbound calls to Travel Agents for Onboarding 4) Response to Emails from Travel Agents 5) Handling Re-Issue, Cancellation, Refunds cases LANGUAGES Hindi Speaking (Must), English (Speaking & Writing) & any other 3 rd Language (Optional) Q QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Any Graduate CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE OF COMPANIES LIKE TELECOS / BANKS ETC. PREFERRED SKILLS: Email Writing & Good Communication & Computer Skills.
