What you’ll do:

Lead budgeting, forecasting & financial planning
Drive variance analysis & support BU heads in closing gaps
Partner with teams to improve financial performance & scalability
Build financial models to support new projects & growth initiatives
Ensure accurate reporting, compliance & cost management

What we’re looking for:

3+ years of relevant finance experience (E-commerce / Online Retail exposure preferred)
Strong FP&A and financial modeling skills
Proactive, analytical, and collaborative mindset
Excellent communication skills
Advanced Excel
