Job Title: E-commerce Assistant Location: Remote Experience: Minimum 1 year in e-commerce account management Platforms: Amazon & Myntra About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to join our team and manage day-to-day operations of our brand’s presence on Amazon and Myntra. This person will play a key role in ensuring our online sales channels are well-managed, optimized, and driving consistent growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end operations of our Amazon and Myntra seller accounts. Handle product listings, uploads, pricing updates, stock management, and order tracking. Plan and execute promotional campaigns and platform-specific advertisements to boost visibility and sales. Monitor account health, product performance, and competitor listings regularly. Coordinate with support teams for claim resolutions, returns, and customer queries. Assist in creating basic content including product titles, descriptions, keywords, and image coordination with the design team. Analyze sales reports, generate insights, and recommend actionable improvements. Stay updated on latest trends, platform policies, and best practices for growth. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce accounts, especially Amazon and/or Myntra. Strong understanding of marketplace operations, promotions, and ads. Familiarity with seller dashboards and reporting tools. Basic skills in content writing for product listings. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with fashion/lifestyle brands is a plus. Basic knowledge of Excel, Canva, or other reporting/design tools. Why Join Us?
