E-commerce And Quick Commerce Manager in Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• E-commerce (D2C & Marketplaces)
• Manage brand presence across all major online platforms — Website, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and others.
• Optimize listings, A+ content, keywords, and pricing to improve visibility and conversion.
• Plan and execute monthly promotional strategies, offers, and brand campaigns.
• Oversee inventory planning, order fulfillment, and coordination with warehouse/logistics teams.
• Monitor daily sales, analyze performance data, and create actionable insights to drive growth.
• Quick Commerce (Q-commerce)
• Handle partnerships with Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc.
• Manage catalog hygiene, visibility slots, and campaign executions (banners, sampling, CRM pushes).
• Track sales velocity and ensure stock alignment to avoid outages.
• Plan flash offers and limited-time deals to boost conversions.
• Managing POs and coordinating with accounts team for the same.
• Managing P&L across all the platforms.
• Growth & Marketing
• Collaborate with performance marketing and creative teams for digital ad campaigns and product launches.
• Support CRM and retention efforts through emailers, push notifications, and repeat purchase strategies.
• Maintain brand consistency and strong visibility across all online touchpoints.
