Role Overview:

As a Listings and Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting day-to-day business activities. You will play a key role in enhancing product visibility, improving customer experience, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize product listings across marketplaces (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, FirstCry, etc.)

• Ensure product details, pricing, keywords, and images are accurate, consistent, and optimized for visibility.

• Manage order processing across all e-commerce platforms and coordinate with the inhouse warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

• Handle customer management by addressing queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience.

• Identify and recover abandoned carts via personalized communication.

• Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.

• Work with logistics partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket, Xpressbees, and others) to ensure smooth and cost-effective order processing.

• Possess basic knowledge of packaging materials and raw materials to coordinate effectively with the warehouse and vendors.

• Monitor listing performance, track sales trends, and prepare regular Sale’s Reports on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.

• Work on process improvements to streamline listing and operational workflows.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, listings, or marketplace management preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good understanding of e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
