E-Commerce Analyst

Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: 11:00 Am to 9:00pm Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy E-Commerce & Retail Store Operations Specialist to manage both our physical store and online business. This is a dual-role position where you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily shop operations, handling customer service, managing inventory, and growing our e-commerce presence across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Instagram, or custom websites. --- Key Responsibilities Retail Store Management Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, cleanliness, and stock display. Track and replenish physical inventory. Handle point-of-sale transactions and manage cash/UPI reconciliations. Maintain visual merchandising to boost walk-in sales. Resolve customer issues in a courteous and professional manner. E-Commerce Operations Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Shopify, etc.). Update product descriptions, pricing, and stock levels regularly. Process online orders, ensure timely packaging, shipping, and delivery. Respond to online customer inquiries and handle returns/exchanges. Coordinate with logistics and courier partners. Analyze online sales reports and suggest strategies to increase traffic and conversions. Inventory & Coordination Maintain a central inventory system for both retail and e-commerce channels. Conduct regular stock audits to prevent mismatches or pilferage. Sync inventory between online platforms and in-store stock.
