Job Summary:We are seeking a data-driven and analytical E-commerce Analyst to monitor, interpret, and optimize online sales performance across various platforms. The ideal candidate will provide actionable insights into customer behavior, product performance, and marketing effectiveness to support strategic decision-making and drive growth. Key Responsibilities:Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, sales trends, and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or similar platforms. Track performance across marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) and brand websites. Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to improve sales, retention, and ROI. Monitor KPIs including CTR, bounce rate, cart abandonment, AOV, and LTV. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards and detailed reports for leadership. Recommend data-driven optimizations in pricing, product listings, inventory, and promotions. Perform A/B testing to assess changes in UI/UX or content strategies. Work with developers/designers to improve website performance and customer experience. Keep track of competitors and industry benchmarks.
