Dynamics Functional Consultant

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Provide functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics (Finance, SCM, CRM, or other relevant modules).
• Configure Dynamics modules to meet business needs and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement customizations and integrations.
• Support project delivery lifecycle including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues.

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a

  Dynamics Functional Consultant

  .
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, or related modules.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience in preparing functional design documents (FDD) and test scripts.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Exposure to global implementations and multi-country rollouts.
