Role Overview:

The Mid-Level Dynamics Developer will design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for enterprise clients undergoing digital transformation. This role requires strong technical expertise in Dynamics platforms, integration capabilities, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable cloud-based solutions. The developer will work on complex customizations, integrations, and implementations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) platforms
  • Implement complex business processes, workflows, and automation using Power Platform
  • Develop custom plugins, web resources, and PCF controls for enhanced functionality
  • Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems
  • Customize forms, views, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements
  • Perform data migration and system configuration for client implementations
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices
  • Support testing activities and troubleshoot technical issues in production environments
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/F&O)
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 SDK, Web API, and OData services
  • Experience with Azure services and cloud integration patterns
  • Proficiency in SQL Server, data modeling, and database design
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with version control systems (Git, TFS) and DevOps practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex technical challenges
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred (MB-400, MB-500, or equivalent)

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer certifications (MB-400, MB-500) preferred
Relevant training in Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services
