The role involves manpower planning, cost-effective recruitment, campus hiring, labor cost optimization, and vendor management.
You will lead employee engagement, retention, and performance initiatives, while overseeing plant safety and compliance. Strong leadership and strategic direction for Plant HR Managers are essential for success in this role.
