Monitor PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Professional Tax, Shops & Establishment, Contract Labour, etc.
Handle labour inspections, notices, audits and statutory filings.
Maintain updated knowledge on legal amendments and ensure timely implementation.

2. HR Legal & Industrial Relations

Support disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries and grievance redressal.
Draft and review legal notices, responses and HR-related documentation.
Liaise with external legal counsel where required.
Maintain harmonious employeemanagement relations.

3. Employee Relations & Escalation Handling

Act as escalation point for sensitive employee issues.
Conduct counselling, conflict resolution and case documentation.
Promote fair workplace practices aligned with company policies.

4. Communication & Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with management, business heads and external agencies.
Provide guidance to HR team and functional leaders on compliance and policy adherence.
Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership review.

5. Policy & Governance

Develop, review and implement HR policies, SOPs and governance frameworks.
Ensure consistent application of company rules and disciplinary procedures.
Support audit readiness and document control.

6. Contracts & Agreement Management

Review and manage employee contracts, vendor HR agreements, NDAs and service contracts.
Maintain records, validity tracking and renewals.
