Job Description

Job Title: HR Generalist

  • Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support payroll processing by collating attendance and leave data.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and handle statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Support performance appraisal cycles and employee feedback processes.
  • Address employee concerns and assist in resolving conflicts and handling grievances.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs and internal HR communications.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and process improvements.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
