Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The Head of Finance is a key function for the legal entity and reports to the local management, the TFT- executives and

corporate team. The candidate will be a hands-on and participative manager and will develop and lead an internal team to

support the following areas: finance, business planning and budgeting.

This function is a key role in partnering with the senior leadership team in strategic decision making and operations to enhance

its quality and build caacity with the following main tasks:

• Provides financial advice and support to local management, corporate finance, colleagues and clients to enable them to

make sound business decisions

• Ensures that financial and administrative practices are in line with all statutory legislation and regulations

• Accounting and financial reporting with Tristone Group procedures

• Prepares and follows up the annual budget and interim forecasts for the plant

• Follows up and controls monthly financial results

• Monitors and interprets cash flows and predicting future trends, ensures the liquidity of the company

• Improvement feedbacks and proposals to the related department in terms of finance

• Follows up and proceeds all financial and legal requirements

• Controlling, financial analysis, accounting, treasury and auditing responsibility

• Management of financial resources in order to reach the company targets

• Controls / audits that all necessary financial tools and procedures to be applied

• Cooperates with auditors, tax authorities to ensure statutory annual accounts is carried out and respective tax compliances

is complied with.

• Develops external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations,

administrations for personnel tax & declarations

• Oversee financial aspects of information security investments.

• Ensure budget allocation for security measures.

• Manage financial risk assessments related to information security.

• Ensure required resources are available for information security tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

Computer and Program Competence

  • Excellent Financial and Accounting Knowledge
  • Commercial and Costing Knowledge and Experience
  • Organizational Experience
  • Budget procedural background
  • Legal laws on Finance topics
  • Exposure to MNC working culture
  • Working Knowledge of SAP FICO is must
