Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Duty Officer. The Duty Officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cinema, ensuring the smooth functioning of all screening activities, maintaining high customer service standards, and managing staff on duty. Key responsibilities include monitoring the quality of customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints, supervising the maintenance of cinema facilities, and ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience in staff management and supervision
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the cinema/theater or entertainment industry is a plus
