Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Duty Manager. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining service standards. Other tasks include handling guest inquiries, monitoring budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing training and support to staff. The Duty Manager will act as the main point of contact for guests and resolve any issues that arise.

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality management and operations
Strong leadership and staff management skills
Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Ability to handle budgets and financial planning
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Experience in the local hospitality industry is a plus
