Duty Manager

Role Overview: As a member of the team, your primary responsibility will be to handle customer and employee issues effectively. You will oversee the operations to ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and efficiency are maintained at the highest standards. Keeping track of monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals will be essential, along with working closely with management to assess and improve processes and policies. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure security and safety regulations are consistently met - Monitor and report on revenue and cash flow - Enforce company policies and train new hires accordingly - Address employee complaints or performance issues promptly - Schedule shifts and oversee regular maintenance and cleaning of facilities - Collaborate with management to create the department's budget - Address customer issues and complaints in a timely manner - Meet regularly with upper management to stay informed on company issues - Oversee the security of the facility Qualifications Required: - 2 years of experience in the retail industry is required - Proficiency in handling customer and employee issues - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Knowledge of security and safety regulations Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule may involve day shifts and rotational shifts, with the opportunity for a performance bonus. Additionally, you will be required to provide your current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period as part of the application process. The work location is in person.
