Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services to ensure seamless execution of events.
Coordinate with various departments to maintain high standards of quality and service.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage budgets and optimize resources to achieve business objectives.
Foster a positive work environment and provide guidance to staff members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is necessary.
A graduate degree in any field is preferred.
