They are responsible for ensuring that resources, including personnelare efficiently utilized to support the departments objectives and projects. This role involves strategic planning, monitoring, and analysis to ensure that resources are allocated effectively, projects are adequately supported, and budgetary constraints are adhered to. This includes trend analysis and capacity planning and allowing for a fluid deployment of resources across teams based on needs. Ultimately, the Resource Utilization Lead plays a pivotal role in driving Aramex s operational efficiency and maximizing the value of resources within the technology department. Job Description
Resource Allocation and Utilization:
Facilitate efficient allocation of resources within the Technology department.
Ensure optimal utilization of personnel, hardware, software, and budgetary allocations.
Support project success by providing necessary resources in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Optimize resource usage to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
Communication and Collaboration:
Initiate and execute intra-departmental communication and improvement activities within the D&T Division to align Technology deliveries with business priorities.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in resource management processes and practices.
Vendor Management
Cultivate and manage vendor relationships to access supplementary resources as necessary.
Ensure that capacity planning includes vendor resources as needed
Risk Mitigation:

Job Requirements - Experience and Education
A university degree in Management Information Systems, computer Science or related field is essential.
Minimum 5 - 7 years background in IT with proven experience in resource management, capacity planning, project management, or a related field within a technology environment.
Strong understanding of IT Governance, processes and methodologies
Knowledge of technology trends and industry best practices related to resource utilization and optimization.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
