DSA Sales Manager Gold Loan

Position Title:

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven DSA Sales Manager to lead and manage the Gold Loan sales operations through our Direct Selling Agents (DSAs). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing DSA networks, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within the Gold Loan segment. The role involves recruiting, training, and supporting corporate DSA partners, establishing sales strategies, and ensuring achievement of sales targets through DSA channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. DSA Network Management:

    • Identify, recruit, and onboard potential Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) in the assigned region.
    • Monitor and manage DSA performance, providing regular feedback, Payout and ensuring adherence to business objectives and policies.
  2. Sales Strategy Development:

    • Design and implement effective sales strategies to increase gold loan business volumes from the DSA.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of DSA activities with company goals.
  3. Training & Development:

    • Provide regular training and updates to DSAs on gold loan products, company policies, and sales techniques.
    • Conduct periodic reviews of DSA performance and provide necessary guidance for improvement.
  4. Business Development:

    • Promote and introduce new products and services related to gold loans to DSAs and their clients.
    • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to create a consistent pipeline for gold loan business.
    • Drive customer acquisition by leveraging DSAs networks and market knowledge.
  5. Operational Management:

    • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal processes in the loan approval and disbursement cycle.
    • Handle issues related to the loan process and resolve customer grievances effectively.
  6. Market Research & Analysis:

    • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Provide feedback to management on market dynamics and customer requirements.
  7. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

    • Track DSA sales performance, report on sales metrics, and provide regular updates to senior management.
    • Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports.
    • Take corrective actions to ensure targets are met and sales are optimized.
  8. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Ensure excellent customer service through DSAs by guiding them to resolve customer concerns promptly.
    • Foster long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Graduate in any field.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in the Gold Loan industry or financial services, especially working with DSAs.
  • Knowledge:

    Understanding of digital lending, market dynamics, and legal requirements in the gold loan industry.
  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Personal Attributes:

    • Results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving sales goals.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
    • High level of integrity and professionalism.
