Job Title: Dropshipping Executive (Work from Office)

About the Company

WTS Global is building one of India’s most agile eCommerce operations — selling a variety of products across major online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
We are now expanding into dropshipping for Indian and international markets (especially the USA) and are looking for a driven, analytical, and creative Dropshipping Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Research & Selection

• Identify trending and high-margin products in the Indian and US markets.
• Use tools like Dropship Spy, Thieve, Minea, AliExpress, or Jungle Scout.
• Analyze competitors, pricing, and demand before listing.

2. Supplier Sourcing & Coordination

• Find and negotiate with reliable suppliers and manufacturers.
• Maintain communication with vendors for product quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Build supplier relationships in India and overseas (especially USA).

3. Listing & Marketplace Management

• Create optimized listings with clear titles, descriptions, and keywords.
• Coordinate with designers/content writers for product images and copy.
• Update inventory and pricing regularly across online marketplaces.

4. Order & Operations Handling

• Track orders and manage logistics, returns, and refunds.
• Ensure smooth end-to-end operations from sourcing to customer delivery.
• Maintain accurate reports of sales, inventory, and payments.

5. Market Analysis & Growth

• Monitor top-performing products and categories.
• Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.
• Suggest strategies to increase visibility and sales.

What You’ll Learn

Who Can Apply

• Minimum 1 year of experience in eCommerce, dropshipping, or marketplace management.
• Strong knowledge of product research tools and market trends.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
• Must be based in Delhi and available to work from office (Daryaganj).
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
