As an Ecommerce Executive Intern , you'll work directly with our core team to manage and optimize our online sales channels while developing in-demand industry skills. Key Responsibilities:1. Product Listing & Optimization Assist in creating and managing product listings across major platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho etc.) Help optimize product content (titles, descriptions, keywords) for better visibility Support in maintaining accurate inventory records and pricing 2. Marketplace Operations Monitor daily orders and update fulfillment status Help coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries Assist in processing returns and refund requests 3. Sales & Marketing Support Participate in promotional campaign planning and execution Help analyze basic sales data and generate simple reports Support in competitor research and market trend analysis 4. Customer Experience Assist in responding to customer inquiries and reviews Help maintain marketplace ratings and seller performance metrics Document recurring customer issues for process improvement Learning Opportunities: Hands-on training in Amazon Seller Central/Flipkart Seller Hub/Meesho Supplier Panel Practical experience in inventory and order management systems Exposure to digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, PPC ads) Mentorship from experienced ecommerce professionals Ideal Candidate: ✔ Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Ecommerce, Business, Marketing or related field ✔ Comfortable with basic Excel/Google Sheets functions ✔ Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn ✔ Good written communication skills in English and Hindi ✔ Available for minimum 3 months commitment (No prior professional experience required - we provide complete training!)
