Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive Intern to support our digital retail operations. The intern will gain practical experience in managing online listings, order processing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in listing products on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.

· Write engaging product descriptions and update pricing/inventory.

· Coordinate with the warehouse team for order fulfillment.

· Track daily orders, shipments, and returns.

· Respond to customer queries and feedback.

· Analyze product performance and sales data.

· Help run online campaigns and promotions.

Eligibility Criteria

· Graduate or final-year student in Commerce, Business, or related fields.

· Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.

· Basic knowledge of Excel and digital marketing tools desirable.
