Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Driver Manager. The Driver Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the onboarding and performance management of drivers on the UnoTasker platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include driver onboarding through various channels, monitoring driver quality, implementing training programs to ensure adherence to company standards, coordinating with drivers to address operational challenges, and ensuring compliance with service guidelines. The role also involves planning strategies to enhance driver engagement and retention while maintaining top-tier service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and training of service providers
• Performance management skills, including quality assurance and operational oversight
• Strong understanding of compliance protocols and service industry standards
• Interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with a team of drivers
• Analytical thinking and organizational skills for planning and implementing driver management programs
• Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools for remote coordination
• Experience in customer or vendor-facing roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
