As a Driver Manager at Uno Tasker, you will play a crucial role in owning and optimizing the entire lifecycle of our driver community. Your responsibilities will encompass acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies to ensure that our driver supply effectively meets demand and provides an exceptional experience to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include: Category Ownership: Defining and executing strategies aimed at growing and managing the driver category, covering aspects such as acquisition, onboarding, training, and performance optimization. Driver Acquisition: Developing sourcing campaigns both online and offline to attract qualified drivers based on specific geographic and service requirements. Onboarding & Training: Designing and implementing scalable onboarding processes to ensure that drivers meet quality, compliance, and service standards. Performance Management: Monitoring and enhancing driver KPIs including acceptance rate, reliability, customer satisfaction, and retention. Engagement & Retention: Creating programs to cultivate loyalty, minimize churn, and sustain an active supply through rewards, incentives, and community-building initiatives. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilizing data and insights to track category performance and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams to enhance the driver experience and service quality. Compliance: Ensuring that drivers comply with legal, safety, and operational standards set by the platform and local regulations.
