Job Description

  • Implement the Digital Partner Commerce Strategy aligned with the India channel plan.
  • Ensure the best possible Net Sales result by achieving partner targets and action plans for account alignment with Sr Manager DPC & Director DPC.
  • Manage key accounts and build relationships with DPC (e-Comm) partners.
  • Track sales and marketing results, monitor, and report on customers and competitors' sell-through and activities.
  • Analyze risks and new business opportunities, negotiate and enforce adidas Group trade terms.
  • Provide realistic plans and forecasts on customers' performances and monitor/report on customers and competitors' sell-through and activities.
  • Plan and execute digital joint business plans (JBPs) with partners, including digital initiative implementation and partner program in partnership with account teams.
  • Increase sell-out and share of adidas in e-comm accounts through improved brand visibility, product findability, and enhanced consumer experience.
  • Support and input into the India DPC strategy, marketplace mapping, account prioritization, and improvements to ways of working across account stakeholders.
  • Support Sr DPC Manager with digital transformation initiatives across the cluster to support pure player and omnichannel key accounts who have vital digital businesses.
  • Improve performance of Digital Brand Activation in the account.
Job Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in business with a marketing and sales focus is required.
  • Proven track record of delivering versus measurable sales targets.
  • Advanced MS Office skills are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent communication and negotiating abilities, are necessary.
  • High commercial and business acumen knowledge is expected.
  • Independent working style with the ability to drive organizational goals independently.
  • Ability to work in detail while keeping company goals in mind.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and interpretation.
  • High initiative, proactiveness, and pragmatism in approach.
  • Confident with web analytics and digital metrics like conversion and CTR.
