We’re Hiring: Dot Net Core Developer (Priority: P1) ( Junior and Senior Positions) Location: Trivandrum / Kochi Experience Required: 2 to 8 Years Compensation Range: Junior ₹5 LPA – ₹8 LPA Senior ₹10 LPA – ₹16 LPA Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role As a .NetCore Developer, you will primarily focus on the design, development, and deployment of Web APIs and server-side logic using .NET Core. Your work will support data-driven decision-making and digital transformation projects across multiple domains. You will be expected to take ownership of development tasks, follow best coding practices, and continuously upgrade your skills in line with the latest industry trends. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and senior developers to interpret user stories and functional requirements. Design and develop scalable, maintainable Web APIs using .NET Core and C#. Follow best practices in object-oriented and service-oriented architecture to deliver clean and modular code. Write optimized SQL queries and work with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL. Implement and manage data access layers using Entity Framework or ADO.NET. Ensure high code quality by writing automated unit tests and participating in code reviews. Maintain version control and follow proper Git workflows, including branching and merging strategies. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Work closely with QA teams to troubleshoot, test, and debug issues in a timely manner. Continuously explore new technologies and development practices to improve team productivity and code quality. Key Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core (mandatory). Proficiency in C#, ASP.Net MVC, and Web API frameworks. Solid understanding of HTML5, JavaScript, and frontend libraries such as jQuery and Bootstrap. Experience writing LINQ queries and using them effectively in real-world scenarios. Familiarity with database concepts, schema design, and complex SQL query writing. Experience with Entity Framework or ADO.NET for data access. Exposure to writing unit tests using MSTest, xUnit, or NUnit. Comfortable with Git-based version control systems.
