What You’ll Do – Roles & Responsibility :

• Provide L2/L3 Support for .NET and WCF Services: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to .NET applications (both .NET Framework and .NET Core) and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) services.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server & IIS: Diagnose and resolve technical issues in Windows Server environments, including Internet Information Services (IIS) configurations and performance issues.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigate recurring issues to identify the root cause and implement permanent fixes, preventing future incidents.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with developers, quality assurance teams, and infrastructure personnel to resolve complex and recurring issues, ensuring alignment and quick resolutions.
• Patch Deployment and Hotfixes: Manage the deployment of critical patches, hotfixes, and configuration changes to production environments to ensure system stability and security.
• Maintain Documentation and Knowledge Base: Regularly update support documentation and internal knowledge bases to share best practices, solutions, and troubleshooting steps.
• On-Call Rotation Participation: Be available for on-call shifts to provide support when needed, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) are met and issues are resolved swiftly.

Desired Skills & Experience (Superpowers):

• Strong Experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core: In-depth knowledge of both .NET Framework and .NET Core applications, with experience in developing, troubleshooting, and supporting these technologies.
• Expertise in WCF (Windows Communication Foundation): Hands-on experience with WCF services, including debugging, performance tuning, and service maintenance.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server: Solid understanding of Windows Server environments, IIS configuration, and SQL Server troubleshooting to resolve technical challenges.
• Familiarity with ITIL Practices: Working knowledge of ITIL processes like Incident, Problem, and Change Management, ensuring systematic and efficient problem resolution.
• Advanced Debugging and Analytical Skills: Expertise in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues through advanced debugging tools and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong communication skills for working in a team and liaising with stakeholders to address technical problems clearly and efficiently.
