Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Doorman to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Maintain high customer service standards by responding promptly to guest requests.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
Implement effective communication strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
Monitor and report on front office performance metrics.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Doorman or in a related field within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of front office operations and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
