Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Doorman to join our team at Taj Agra, with 0-1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Handle guest complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide information about hotel services and amenities to guests.

Job Requirements
