Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Doorman to join our team at Morais Groups. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and guests, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests with a friendly demeanor, providing assistance as needed
• Monitor the entrance and exit of the building, ensuring the safety and security of all occupants
• Assist residents with luggage, packages, and other personal items
• Manage the flow of visitors and deliveries, ensuring proper protocols are followed
• Maintain a clean and orderly entryway, ensuring that all areas are safe and accessible
• Respond to emergencies and incidents promptly, coordinating with security and emergency services when necessary
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and management to address any concerns or requests

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or residential setting
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to fostering a positive community

Pay: ₹8,374.25 - ₹27,601.45 per month
