As our Domestic Recruiter – Campus & Executive Hiring, you’ll build relationships with top institutions, hire exceptional leaders, and strengthen our employer brand across India’s premier campuses. About the Role

You will lead and execute domestic hiring initiatives — with a dual focus on campus recruitment and executive-level roles across India. Your work will ensure a continuous pipeline of high-potential talent and experienced leaders aligned with our organizational goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Campus Hiring

  • Design and execute end-to-end campus hiring programs across Tier 1 and premium B-schools and engineering institutes.

  • Plan and drive campus engagement strategies — pre-placement talks, case competitions, networking sessions, and branding events.

  • Collaborate with business and HR leaders to forecast campus requirements and align hiring with future workforce needs.

  • Build relationships with placement committees and faculty to strengthen long-term campus partnerships.

Executive Hiring

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles across functions and business units.

  • Source and assess leadership talent through headhunting, networking, and market mapping.

  • Partner with leadership to define hiring needs, role specifications, and candidate evaluation criteria.

  • Maintain strong talent pipelines for key leadership roles to enable quick hiring turnaround.

Talent Insights & Employer Branding

  • Leverage data and analytics to track hiring effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.

  • Champion the employer brand at campuses and professional networks through storytelling and consistent engagement.

Qualifications

Experience: 6–8 years in recruitment, with:

  • Minimum 2–3 years in campus hiring from Tier 1 institutions (IIMs, IITs, ISB, XLRI, etc.)

  • Proven experience in executive and leadership hiring within India.

Skills:

  • Expertise in campus relationship management and hiring lifecycle.

  • Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, and assessment tools.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
