About Us

Domestic IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment
: Manage the recruitment cycle for both contract and full-time IT roles (including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates).
Sourcing and Screening
: Utilize job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and networking to source candidates. Conduct interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks.
Client Collaboration
: Work with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process aligns with their requirements for both contract and full-time positions.
Candidate Management
: Maintain a strong pool of candidates for both short-term contract and long-term permanent opportunities.
Offer Negotiation and Coordination
: Manage the negotiation process, including salary and other benefits, and coordinate the offer and joining formalities.
Relationship Building
: Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Market Intelligence
: Stay updated with industry trends, skill requirements, and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to both clients and candidates.
