Key Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates using various platforms including job portals i.e. Naukri, LinkedIn. Screen and evaluate IT candidates for technical fit and cultural Fit. Build a strong pipeline of candidates for full time and C2H Requirement. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain and updates ATS and recruitment tracker on are regular basis. Stay current with market trends in IT recruitment and C2H hiring practices. Skills Required Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT or a related field or B.Tech. Strong Communication Skills. 1+ Experience in Domestic IT hiring is Preferred.
