In this role, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring top tech talent to meet our organizational needs. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Teal Lead to understand hiring needs and job requirements. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, social platforms). Conduct initial screenings via phone or video interviews. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS). Assist in creating job postings and marketing open positions. Communicate professionally with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience. Help organize and attend career fairs, networking events, and university recruiting initiatives. Provide administrative support to the recruiting team as needed. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 6 months2 years of experience in IT recruitment. Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting, Boolean search). Interest or basic knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment software. Prior exposure to IT/technical recruitment. Certification in recruiting, HR, or related areas is a plus.
