Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Work specifically on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) requirements.
• Source candidates using various platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Coordinate with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Handle multiple open requirements simultaneously.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely delivery on all mandates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Domestic IT recruitment.
• Must have prior experience in C2H hiring.
• Proficient in sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a target-driven environment.
