Key Responsibilities:

• end-to-end recruitment process

• Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and technical skills needed for various roles.

• Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases

• Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit.

• initial interviews / telephonic screenings

• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients for interview scheduling and feedback.

• Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for recurring IT skill sets.

• Negotiate offers, compensation, and joining dates with selected candidates.

• end-to-end candidate engagement

• Track recruitment metrics (submissions, interviews, offers, and closures) using internal tools or Excel trackers.

• Ensure timely updates and strong relationship management with clients and candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.

• 0-1 year

• IT skills and technologies

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication (verbal & written).
