Domestic It Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Domestic IT Recruiter with proven experience in System Integrator (SI) hiring. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the domestic staffing landscape and experience working with top-tier SIs such as Infosys, TCS, Wipro, HCL, Tech Mahindra, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT requirements, particularly for System Integrators.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals, references, and social media platforms.
• Understand client hiring requirements, job specifications, and technical skillsets.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to manage interview schedules, feedback, and offer negotiations.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles in SI organizations.
• Ensure timely closures of open positions with quality profiles.
• Maintain and update candidate database, trackers, and reports.
• Follow compliance and documentation procedures for client submissions.
• Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle to ensure high joining ratios.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment with a focus on SI clients.
• Sound knowledge of various IT technologies and skill sets commonly used in SI projects.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience working with preferred vendors or empaneled partners of major SIs is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience hiring for contract and permanent roles across PAN India locations.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
• Exposure to client interactions and account management.
