Role: Domestic IT Recruiter

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Location: Hyderabad(Uppal)

Work Mode: Work From office(5 Days a week)

Mode of interview: Face to Face interview

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings and shortlisting of candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with suitable options.
• Manage candidate pipelines by tracking progress, conducting interviews, and ensuring timely communication.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the entire recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 3-6 years of experience in IT staffing or related field (Domestic).
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any specialization).
• Strong understanding of contract staffing, permanent staffing, C2H, IT staffing, non-IT recruitment concepts.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients and candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,288.09 - ₹48,801.33 per month
