Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad (Remote Role Work from Home)

Employment Type: Full-time / Day Shift

About the Role:

Domestic IT Recruiters

Key Responsibilities:

Understand our client requirements and deliver quality candidates within deadlines.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn), references, networking, and headhunting.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client needs.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and client stakeholders.
Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and regular reporting.
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

Requirements:

2–4 years of proven experience in
Domestic IT Recruitment
(experience working with
Infosys or other Tier-1 clients
is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of IT technologies, skills, and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and meet hiring targets in a remote environment.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
