Job Description

Write and post job descriptions on recruitment websites or company portals.

Manage the IT talent hub through job boards and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the database

Required skills and qualifications:

Previous work experience as an IT recruiter, or a similar role in the field of recruitment

Strong technical expertise with the skillset to comprehend and communicate job requirements

Outstanding oral and written communication skills, along with a flair for networking

Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in IT recruiting or related fields

Strong understanding of the technical side of an IT recruiter role

Should possess knowledge of prevailing market trends

Proficiency in English and the know-how to tap into the IT talent hub

Performing reference checks with the information secured from the resources to ensure it is valid
